Continuing Education

OC's Continuing Education programs give you convenient access to a wide selection of non-credit courses that can open the door to a new career, build skills for your current job, or expand your knowledge in a subject that interests you!

Workforce Grants

The Workforce Department is managing seven grants in 2024-2025 supporting curriculum development, equipment, professional development, and staff positions across all campuses.  

Program Development

The Workforce Department supports Professional-Technical program development through labor market research, a program approval process with the SBCTC, and the management of 17 advisory committees convening industry professionals.  

Worker Retraining

Worker Retraining

The Worker Retraining Program offers financial support to students who are retraining for a new job or career in a professional technical program. Eligible students can receive up to $4,000 in grants that do not have to be paid back. Visit the Worker Retraining webpage to see if you qualify.
